Europe Fire Map is published by Agentically Digital, a UK studio. Using the site means accepting what is set out here.

What we promise, and what we don't

Every safety-critical claim is checked against an official source before publication, and each page shows when its figures were refreshed and when its wording was last verified. That is a real process and we stand behind it. What we cannot promise is that the site is complete, continuously available, or accurate at the moment you read it — fire conditions change hourly, and a page refreshed this morning may already have been overtaken. The content is provided "as is".

Using the content

Read it, print it, and send it to anyone you like. You may quote from the site and republish our map and advisories with clear credit and a link back — see the press page for how, and the partners page for embedding on a commercial site. What you may not do is republish the site wholesale as your own, remove attribution, or scrape it in a way that degrades service for others. AI crawlers are explicitly welcome; see robots.txt.

The paid guide

The France campervan and wildfire guide is sold as a digital download for your own personal use. Buying it gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and print it; it does not give you the right to resell it or distribute copies. If the file will not download, or the guide is not what you expected, write to guide@europefiremap.com and we will refund you. Your statutory rights as a UK or EU consumer are not affected by anything here.

Advertising and partner links

The site carries advertising and affiliate links, which is part of how it stays free. These are labelled, and they never influence the safety content, source selection or editorial conclusions. Full detail on the advertising disclosure page. We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of advertisers or of any site we link to.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Agentically Digital is not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on its content — including travel disruption, cancelled plans, or costs incurred. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

These terms may change as the site does; the date at the top shows when they last did. Material changes will be noted on the page rather than made quietly.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the EU, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
