Europe Fire Map is run by Agentically Digital, a UK software studio. A real person reads every one of these — usually within a day or two.

Who to write to

• support@europefiremap.com — anything about the site: a fire we have wrong, a source that has moved, a page that will not load, or a correction. Corrections are welcome and are acted on quickly.
• guide@europefiremap.com — the France campervan and wildfire guide: purchases, receipts, access problems and refunds.
• press@europefiremap.com — press enquiries, interviews, data requests, and embedding the map on your own site.

If you are in danger right now

Do not write to us. Call 112, the emergency number across the European Union, and follow your national civil-protection authority. This site is a planning aid; it is never the authority on an active emergency, and we cannot respond quickly enough to help in one.

Reporting something wrong on the site

The most useful reports name the page and what looks wrong — a region marked calm that is not, a date that has not moved, a link to an official source that now 404s. If you have the official source to hand, send the link and it will usually be fixed the same day.

Advertising and partnerships

Advertising and affiliate arrangements are described on the advertising disclosure page, and licensing options for the map are on the partners page. For anything not covered there, write to press.

Data and privacy

What is collected and why is set out on the privacy page. For a data request, write to support and say what you want removed or a copy of.
